Foreword

Many feel that the world is changing and that things will not be able to continue as they have been. All can see that the world population is growing while resources are being depleted.

This book tells a story about what might well happen in the near future. It covers a number of issues that I have long been thinking about.

It is my hope that this will encourage rational planning for the future.
